Please return the item within 7 days of purchase and we will gladly give a store credit or exchange the item. No cash or credit card refunds will be made. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Items on sale are not exchangeable. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must contact us within 2 days after you receive the order and we will gladly accept to exchange it. Items that have not been treated in accordance to the caring instructions will not be received back under any circumstance.
